The Silah or/and BCRC is the data controller. Your data will also be recorded and stored on the Silah's or/and BCRC servers and will be used in accordance with your Silah web-account preferences.

When you register for a Silah or/and BCRC event, all information you provide, including your contact details will be used to make necessary arrangements regarding your participation in the event.
This includes sending you event-specific information, providing tickets or passes, arranging payment of fees or organizing special/access/dietary requirements.

We would like to include your name, organization, job title and country in an attendance list, to be shared with other attendees and sponsors/exhibitors.
You must indicate whether you give your agreement to be included in this list when you complete your event registration online.

The Silah or/and BCRC will scan your badge on entry to any session in the conference programme. This records the date and time you entered the room. We use this information to analyze the programme for future event planning.

Before and during the event, we would like to include your name and company/organization and job title and country in an event attendance list, to be shared with other event attendees and sponsors/exhibitors, for the purpose of improving networking opportunities for attendees.
