She is a certified trainer in Enterprise Risk Management, holding a Master’s degree in Critical Security Studies, with extensive experience in strategic risk analysis and management. Noora has conducted over 200 risk analysis workshops at both the national and institutional levels, including security risk assessments for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
