Further evidence of continual improvement and demonstrating how the entrant has influenced strategic thinking within the organization will enhance the entry.

This category is for individuals with 4 or more years of experience in continuity and resilience who are recognized as leading and influential professionals by their peers and have made significant contributions to the growth of the discipline. 

Judges will be looking for:
