In this category the Judges will be looking for an enthusiastic approach to the discipline, passion for the industry and innovative ideas on how to implement and embed good practice in business continuity and resilience either within their own, or client, organizations.  They will also be looking for someone with the potential for intellectual and professional development and trying to spot an innovator and who has the makings of a future leader in the field. Entries should include evidence of any relevant professional credentials gained and examples of contributions made to the growth of the discipline. This category is for individuals who have less than 3 years’ experience in continuity and resilience. 

Those with more than 4 years’ experience should enter either of the Continuity and Resilience Professional of the year (private or public) categories.

Judges will be looking for:

1. The entrant must have less than three years’ experience prior to the date of the application.
2. Evidence of enthusiasm and passion for the continuity and resilience discipline.
3. Demonstration of an innovative approach to BC.
4. Relevant professional qualifications and credentials.
5. Examples of contributions made to the growth of the discipline in Qatar.
6. Potential for future progression.
