This award celebrates rising talent in the continuity and resilience field – individuals who demonstrate passion, innovation, and leadership potential within their first three years in the profession. The judges seek candidates who bring fresh perspectives, drive industry growth, and embed best practices in their own or client organizations.

 

Eligibility:

 

-Open to professionals with less than three years of experience in continuity and resilience.
-Those with four or more years of experience should apply for the Continuity & Resilience Professional of the Year (Private/Public) awards.

 

Judging Criteria:

 

Early-Career Excellence: Must have ≤3 years of experience at the time of application.
Passion & Commitment: Demonstrated enthusiasm for advancing the field.
Innovative Thinking: Creative approaches to business continuity (BC) and resilience.
Professional Development: Relevant certifications, training, or credentials.
Contribution to the Industry: Impactful initiatives that promote resilience in Qatar.
Leadership Potential: Evidence of future growth as a thought leader in the field.

 

Submission Requirements:

 

-Proof of experience duration (e.g., employment history).
-Examples of innovative BC/resilience contributions.
-Details of professional qualifications (if applicable).
-At least one case study or project showcasing impact.
