This award recognizes organizations that have turned crisis into opportunity through exceptional resilience and recovery and have successfully navigated a significant disruption,
demonstrating outstanding recovery capabilities and enhanced resilience. Judges will evaluate the effectiveness of your crisis response and recovery efforts, assess how your business continuity planning enhanced organizational resilience, and examine the lessons learned along with concrete improvements implemented to strengthen future preparedness.

Judging Criteria

Submissions will be assessed on:

-Incident Significance: The scale and operational/financial impact of the crisis

-Resilience Demonstrated: Your organization’s ability to recover and stabilize operations

-Recovery Outcomes: Measurable results of your response efforts

-Planning & Execution: Quality of pre-crisis preparation and real-time decision-making

-BCP Effectiveness: How business continuity arrangements supported your resilience

-Continuous Improvement: Key lessons learned and implemented enhancements

-Relevance: The incident must have occurred within the past 12 months

-Detailed account of the incident and its impact

-Documentation of recovery efforts and outcomes

-Evidence of business continuity plan effectiveness

-Lessons learned and improvements made

-Supporting data/metrics (e.g., downtime, recovery time, financial impact)
