Francisco Serrano is the Senior Manager of Crisis Management and Business Continuity at Qatar Airways, where he is one of the persons responsible for ensuring that the company can effectively respond to and recover from any emergency, contingency, or business continuity event.
Prior to joining Qatar Airways, Francisco worked at Hamad International Airport, where he played a key role in implementing the airport’s business continuity program. Francisco holds a Master of Aerospace Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain) and a Commercial Pilot License. He is also a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP).
